Carnaval de la bande de Malo (DUNKERQUE, 59) :
One of the most popular french carnaval. Some locals would save up money & take their only holidays at this period of the year. Men wear bitches costumes and sing bawdy songs. Cheap drinks in the street, house doors opened, crazy costumes and great craic.
